In this activity, students collaborated on a multi-shot stop-motion animation. They used coloured squares of material to form shapes and patterns that were pictured moving through the building, (up and down flights of stairs and across floors), ultimately forming a Discovery Sprint logo.

Through this activity, students acquired valuable skills in teamwork, coordinated planning, and executing object movement within a specific environment, while working within tight time constraints. Additionally, they gained insight into the importance of maintaining continuity as the animated materials transitioned seamlessly from one shot to the next.
